    1. Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your "Verified Pro" subscription at any time through your dashboard settings.

    • Instant Cancellation: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
    • Access Retention: You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid period.

    2. Refund Policy

    Since CardBox offers digital services that are activated instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription is active. However, refunds may be considered in the following specific cases:

    Technical Error: If you were charged due to a technical glitch (e.g., double charge).
    Service Failure: If premium features were not activated after payment.

    * Note: We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you simply stop using the service before the subscription expires.

    3. Processing Timeline

    If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
