Thank you for choosing CardBox. This policy outlines the delivery methods and timelines for the services and digital products available on our platform.
Digital Delivery Only
CardBox deals exclusively in Digital Products and Services (Digital Visiting Cards, Verified Listings, and Premium Subscriptions).
We do not ship any physical items to your address. All services are delivered online via the CardBox dashboard and email.
1. Delivery Timelines
Instant Activation
Free & Basic Digital Cards: Activated immediately upon registration.
Premium Subscriptions: Activated instantly after successful payment confirmation.
Verified Pro Badge (24-48 Hours)
For "Verified Pro" status, our team reviews submitted documents (Aadhaar/Business Proof). This manual verification process typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, the badge is delivered to your profile automatically.
2. Shipping Charges
Since there are no physical products, Shipping Charges are ZERO (₹0) for all transactions on CardBox. You only pay for the subscription or service fee as advertised.
3. Proof of Delivery
For every paid transaction, you will receive:
- An Invoice/Payment Receipt sent to your registered email address.
- An active subscription status visible in your CardBox Dashboard under 'Billing'.
Important Note
Please ensure your registered email address and phone number are correct, as all service activations and notifications are sent to these contact details. CardBox is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect contact information provided by the user.
