Welcome to CardBox! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital identity platform. By accessing or using our site to find services or list your business, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
1. Services
CardBox provides a digital directory and identity management platform connecting service providers with customers. Our services include:
- Creation and hosting of digital business cards (Digital Identities).
- Search functionality for finding local service providers (e.g., electricians, plumbers).
- Profile management dashboard for service providers.
- Location-based filtering and provider verification systems.
2. Data Privacy & Public Visibility
CardBox is a public directory. By creating a Provider Profile, you acknowledge that your professional details—including name, contact number, service category, and location—will be publicly visible to users searching for services.
We prioritize the security of your account credentials and private data (such as passwords and payment details), which remain encrypted and confidential. However, information you voluntarily add to your public "Digital Identity" card is intended for public consumption.
Account Verification:
To maintain the quality of our platform, CardBox reserves the right to verify provider identities. Profiles found to contain false information, misleading services, or fraudulent contact details may be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice to protect our user base.
3. User Responsibilities
Whether you are a Service Seeker or a Provider, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.
- Use the platform only for lawful service bookings and inquiries.
- Treat other users and providers with respect.
- Not scrape, harvest, or collect user data for unsolicited marketing.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or fraudulent listings. Violation may result in an immediate ban.

Prices are subject to change. Premium plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payments for "Verified Pro" subscriptions are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your banking information directly.
Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe you were charged in error, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
6. Content Ownership
By uploading images or details to your CardBox profile, you grant us the right to display this content on our platform. You retain ownership of your personal data, but you represent that you have the right to share any business images or logos used in your profile.
7. Limitation of Liability
CardBox acts as a directory service. We are not responsible for the quality of service provided by professionals listed on our site, nor for any disputes that arise between Service Seekers and Providers.
